Mrs. Grace English, aged 88 years, passed away Feb. 3rd in the home of her daughter, Mrs. E. L. Enyart of Des Moines. Most of her life was spent in Jasper County. Those who survive are Frank T. English of Runnells, Mrs. Margaret Smith of Bondurant and Mrs. E. L. Enyart of Des Moines, a sister, Mrs. Anna Waltz of Altoona, a brother, Sim Wallace, several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews; also many friends. Funeral services were held Wednesday at 2 p.m. from the Methodist church. Rev. Mark Sullivan conducted the services. Burial was in the Vandalia Cemetery.
