Mrs. Catherine Clymer Called
Mrs. Catherine Clymer passed away at her home southeast of Colfax Monday morning, October 29th, at 1:30 a.m. She was 88 years, 8 months and 10 days old at the time of her passing and was born in Ohio Sept. 1835. She has lived the past fifty years at the Clymer homestead where she began housekeeping with Mr. Clymer, who passed away 15 years ago. The past several years her daughter and husband, Mr. and Mrs. Wesley Giles have made their home with her. She leaves two daughters and two sons namely, Mrs. Wesley Giles, and Frank Clymer and Wm. Stauffer and Jennie Stauffer, the later by a former marriage, who all reside in this section of the county.
Funeral services were conducted from the home Wednesday afternoon at 1:30 o’clock and burial was had in the Rorabaugh cemetery.
