Angie Kline, age 49 of Newton and formerly of Grinnell, died on Thursday, January 28, 2021 at her home in Newton.

A public funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, February 4, 2021 at the Smith Funeral Home in Grinnell. Live streaming of the service will begin at 10:45 am on the Smith Funeral Home Facebook page. A face mask will be required for those attending the funeral service.

A public visitation will begin at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, February 3rd at the Smith Funeral Home in Grinnell. Her family will receive friends from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm. Those attending the visitation are required to wear a mask and to practice social distancing.

Memorials may be designated to the Angela Kline Memorial Fund, mailed in care of the Smith Funeral Home, PO Box 368, Grinnell, Iowa 50112. Memories and condolences may be shared with Angie’s family online at www.smithfh.com.

Angie is survived by her daughter, Ashley (Mike Long) Morrison of Tama and their children, Hudson and Brooks Long; her son, Calvin Dreesman of Ames, IA; father, Richard (Diane) Miksell of Des Moines, IA; brothers, Robert “Scott” Kirby of Arkansas and Dan Miksell of Des Moines, IA; sister, Heather (Michael) Santi of Des Moines, IA. She was preceded in death by her mother, Margaret Davis; and her paternal and maternal grandparents.
