Monroe News – William R. Mullins, 71, died unexpectedly of a heart attack at his home Wednesday morning, Jan. 2. He is survived by his wife, one brother, Pedro, and a sister, Mrs. John Huigen of Monroe. Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon at the Methodist Church. Rev. George Pennington officiating. Interment was in the Monroe cemetery.
