Funeral services for William M. Campbell, 96, were held at Union Chapel east of Mingo with the Rev. Max Hall officiating.
Mr. Campbell died at Story County Hospital Nov. 7, after an illness of a week. He had made his home in Nevada with his daughter, Mrs. Ila Mills, for 20 years and before that had always lived in Jasper county.
He is survived by a son, Omar Campbell of Ames and two daughters, Mrs. Marion Eubank of Mingo and Mrs. Ila Mills of Nevada. His wife died in 1936.
Burial was in the Union Chapel cemetery.
