William Veber, 87, of Kellogg DiesVeber, William
William Veber, 87, lifetime resident of the Kellogg area, died Sunday at Skiff Memorial hospital here.
Funeral services will be held at First Christian church at Kellogg 2 pm Tuesday with Johnson funeral home in charge. The Rev. Charles Fry will officiate.
Survivors are one daughter, Mrs. Martin (Ila) Wenndt of Lowden; two sons, Earl of Phoenix, Ariz. and Max of Kellogg; 13 grandchildren and four great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, two sons, one daughter, and one granddaughter.
Born to Luther and Mary Veber at Kellogg November 7, 1872, he married Tena Marie Paulson December 12, 1901, who died in 1939. He was educated in Jasper county schools. He was a retired farmer.
Burial will be at Our Silent City cemetery at Kellogg.
