Ex-resident Dies
Services for Oscar Richard Kinney, 67, LaPlata, Mo., a former Newton resident were held Sunday. He died en route to a Kirksville, Mo., doctor’s office.
Kinney is survived by his wife Beulah, who was employed in the Jasper County treasurer’s office while the couple resided here.
