GAYLON NELSON SERVICES HELD HERE WEDNESDAY

Gaylon Nelson

Funeral services for Gaylon Nelson 17-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Nelson of rural Malcom who was killed in an auto crash near Searsboro Saturday night, were held Wednesday afternoon from the Grinnell Methodist church.

Officiating was the Rev. James A. Davidson. Organ music was provided by Mrs. Kathleen Heffner. Serving on the flower committee were Mr. and Mrs. Clair Simmons and Mr. and Mrs. Walter Barnes.

Pallbearers were Jim King, Ben Brown, Fred Buck, Ed Hockett, Joel Lavent and Richard Humphrey. Interment was in Prairie View cemetery at Gilman with James-Schalinske Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
