MEREDITH FUNERAL WAS HELD TUESDAY

Meredith, Nancy (Dixon)

Funeral services were held Tuesday for Mrs. Nancy Meredith, who died in Des Moines Sunday, and was brought to Newton, her old home, for burial.

Dr. Charles B. Hankins offered the prayer at the grave, which was the only service held here. The body was accompanied from Des Moines by Mr. and Mrs. Murray Campbell, Mrs. Kittie Hunter Grafton, and James Weaver.

The floral offerings were very profuse. Many of the bouquests were sent to the Skiff hospital at the close of the services.

Submitter's Comments: Nancy was the daughter of Addilla (Helphrey) & Robert Dixon. Her 1st husband was Frank T. Campbell.
