Lamb, Thomas F.

Thomas F. Lamb, 89, of 3700 E. 31st St. died of a heart ailment Wednesday at Parkview Hospital in Fort Wayne, Ind.

Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Sugar Grove Cemetery.

Mr. Lamb was born in Mankato, Kan., and lived in Des Moines most of his life, retiring as a laborer for the J.C. White Co. He was a member of the Teamsters union.

Surviving are three daughters, Beverly Kohne of Columbia City, Ind., and Mary Jane Pike and Colleen Payne, both of Des Moines; two sons, Gerald Kirkman and Gary Kirkman, and a sister, Elise Cram, all of Des Moines; 12 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.

Friends may call from 5 to 9 p.m. today at Hamilton's Funeral Home.
