Gray, Lucy Vivian (Ramsay)

Lucy V. Gray, 91, 1030 W. Van Buren Street, Auburn, died at 3:30 a.m., Wednesday, October 24, at the Haven Convalescent Center, Springfield.

She was born August 16, 1888, at Newton, Iowa, the daughter of William J. and Melissa Helphrey Ramsay. She married Frank F. Gray, on August 16, 1909, at Newton, Iowa.

Surviving are her husband, Frank; one daughter, Mrs. John (Marguerite) Bayse, of Springfield; one son, Warren R. Gray, of Springfield; and two grandsons and one granddaughter.

Remains were taken to Bramley Funeral Home where visitation was held Thursday evening. Removal was made to Wallace Funeral Home, Newton, Iowa, where services were held at 11 a.m., Saturday, October 27 with burial in Sugar Grove Cemetery, Newton, Iowa.
