Mrs. Winfield Scott (Katherine Leona) Good, 81, A long time resident of Colfax died Monday in Iowa Lutheran Hospital in Des Moines.

Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M. Thursday (today) in the Colfax Christian Church.

The Rev. Gaylor Decious, Minister of the Christian Church, will conduct the services. Burial will be in the Colfax Cemetery.

Survivors are a son Jack L. of Colfax, and a daughter, Mrs. Mildred Whited of Excelsior Springs, MO.; 4 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, and a sister Mrs. John Diamond of Council Bluffs.

She was preceded in death by her husband in March 1955.

The daughter of Mr. & Mrs. George Hanawalt, she was born February 14, 1886 in Colfax.

She was married to Winfield Scott Good July 23, 1904 in Colfax. She was a member of the Christian Church and the Pocahontas Lodge in Colfax.

Bearers are Leroy Borts, Morris Wilson, Dave Davidson, James Thomas, William Wade and Jim Smith.
