Mrs. Gillespie Dies Yesterday in Des Moines

Mrs. Mary Alice Gillespie about 80 years old died yesterday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. H. L. Fair in Des Moines. Services will be at the Morgan Funeral home Thursday afternoon at 1:00 o'clock with Mrs. Lily Newton reading the Christian Science service. Interment will be in the Newton Union Cemetery.

She, the wife of the late Eugene Gillespie, had formerly made her home in Newton. She is survived by her daughter, Mrs. Fair of Des Moines and by a son, Dr Forest Gillespie of Oak Park, Ill.
