Died ­ At the home of her daughter, Mrs. Henry Thompson, Auburn, Ia., March 6th, Susan Hixon Crouch, aged 78 years. She leaves an aged husband and six children to mourn her loss. She was formerly a citizen of Newton and will be remembered as a sister of Jacob and William Hixon of Hixon Grove.
