Death of Will T. Connor
Conner, Will T.

Word was received here last week of the death of W. T. Connor, which occurred at his home at Central City, Nebraska, on the 11th inst. (of this month). He was for many years a highly respected citizen of this city, proprietor of the old Star Hotel, now the Lambert House. He served during the Civil War as a soldier in the Thirty-Eighth Iowa. His age was sixty-three years, and he leaves a widow and two sons. About a year ago he made his last visit to his friends in this city and county; he was then in excellent health and spirits and give promise of living to a ripe old age. He was a good man and news of his death came as a shock to a large circle of friends here.
