OBITUARY
Margaret Rose Connett

Margaret Rose was born in Stark county, Ohio, Aug. 6th, 1831, was married to John McHone in Aug., 1849. After his death she was married to John F. Connett, Jan. 5th, 1854, in Warsaw, Koscuisko County, Ind., later moving to Iowa. She was a consistent member of the Baptist church and left her testimony to loved ones and friends that a rest awaited her beyond the river. She was an industrious woman, a loving wife and tender mother, loved and respected by all who knew her.

She leaves a husband and eleven children, one child, Albert, dying in infancy, forty-two grand children, three great grand children and many friends to mourn her loss. Her age was 69 years, 8 months and 1 day. Mrs. Connett lived on the same farm forty-six years. The funeral services were conducted by Rev. H. H. Johnson.

She was married to John McHone in August, 1849. After his death she was married to John F. Connett on January 5, 1854 in Warsaw, Indiana.

She leaves a husband and eleven children. One child, Albert died in infancy.
