PELLA -- Martha A. Zylstra, 88, of Pella, formerly of Mountain View, Calif., died Thursday, July 8, at Pella Regional Health Center -- Long Term Unit in Pella.

Funeral services were held Sunday at Van Dyk-Duven Funeral Home in Pella with the Rev. Patrick Edouard officiating. Burial was at Oakwood Cemetery in Pella.
