Mrs. Good, 54, of Colfax Dies
COLFAX – Mrs. Matilda Good, 54, of Colfax, died Tuesday afternoon at the University hospital in Iowa City, following a long illness.
Death was due to strangulated hernia and complications. She had been at the University hospital for the past month.
Funeral services will be conducted from the Christian church in Colfax Thursday at 2:00 p.m. by the Rev. Charles Bukoutz, Baptist pastor. Interment will be in the Colfax cemetery.
Mrs. Good, who has been a resident of Colfax about 25 years, is survived by her husband, Leonard Good, a miner; and two children.
