Donna L. Boyd, age 85 of Colfax, passed away on Sunday, January 20, 2019 in Colfax. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 24, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at Coburn Funeral Home. Burial will take place at Colfax Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at Coburn Funeral Home in Colfax from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. A general memorial fund has been established and condolences may be left for the family at www.coburnfuneralhomes.com

The daughter of Clifford L. and Valerie T. (Roberts) Atchison, Donna was born on August 8, 1933, in Arnolds Park, Iowa. Donna graduated from High School in Arnolds Park and attended Buena Vista University in Storm Lake. On May 5, 1955 she was united in marriage to Richard I. Boyd in Arnolds Park, Iowa. She moved to Colfax in 1959. Donna was a member of the Colfax United Methodist Church.

Those left to honor her memory include her children; Dan (Sharon) Boyd, Teresa (Jerry) Faidley, and Becky (Mike) Talsma; six grandchildren; Matthew Boyd, Luke Boyd, Jamie (Nicole) Faidley and their children, Fiona, Wynn and Bode, Jaci (Mike) Schreiber and their daughter, Landry, Jordan (Ashley) Talsma and their children, Brayden and Everly, and Brooke (Nick Burrell) Talsma and their daughter, Amara.
