PELLA -- Alberta Vermeer, 89, of Pella died Sunday, Oct. 10, 2004, at Hospice of Pella Comfort House in Pella.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 3 p.m. at the First Reformed Church in Pella with the Rev. Ray Tilstra officiating and the Rev. Kenneth Dykstra and the Rev. Andy Kamphuis assisting. Burial will be held Friday at Hope Cemetery in Hull.

Visitation will begin Tuesday morning at Van Dyk-Duven Funeral Home in Pella. Family visitation will be held at the First Reformed Church in Pella from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Memorials will be accepted to Hospice of Pella or to the Alberta Vermeer Charitable Foundation.
