PELLA -- Cornie G. Van Wyk, 96, of Pella died Friday, Oct. 8, 2004, at Pella Regional Health Center -- Long Term Care Unit in Pella.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. at First Reformed Church in Pella with the Rev. Ray Tilstra officiating. Burial will be at Graceland Cemetery in Pella.

Visitation will be held today after 6 p.m. and will continue all day Tuesday at Van Dyk-Duven Funeral Home in Pella. The family will be available from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Memorials will be accepted to the First Reformed Church in Pella or to Hospice of Pella.
