DUBUQUE -- John A. Anderson, 52, of Dubuque died Saturday, Oct. 16, 2004, at Mercy Medical Center in Dubuque.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. at Resurrection Catholic Church in Dubuque. Burial will be at Resurrection Cemetery in Dubuque. Hoffmann-Schneider and Kitchen Funeral Home in Dubuque is handling arrangements.

In lieu of flowers, memorials will be accepted to the Asbury Library Fund, in care of the Anderson family.

Local survivors include his mother, Martha Anderson of Newton; a brother, Andrew Anderson of Newton; and four sisters and three brothers-in-law, Cindy Altemeier, Lori and Denny Klingensmith and Lynn and Steve Miller, all of Newton, and Kerry and Rusty Deppe of Kellogg.
