Yesterday morning Mrs. E. A. Eisentrager died at a quarter after nine o’clock, after a five-week’s illness with dropsy, at her home five miles north of Kellogg. For a long time she was been ailing, but it was only during the past few weeks that her condition was considered critical.

Her sister, Mrs. Frank Hummel, east of town, and Miss Grace Craven, of this city, were at her bedside when she passed away, as was also her son and his wife, Mr. and Mrs. L. B. Eisentrager and son, Orin, who makes his home with his mother. Besides these sisters and two sons, she is survived by three other sisters, Mrs. H. E. Adams, whose home is northeast of Kellogg, Mrs. Suthard of Mitchell, and Mrs. Guella Selway of Kahoka, Missouri, and two brothers, A. B. Craven of Kellogg and David Craven of Ontario, New York. Mrs. Selway is expected here to attend the funeral.

The funeral will be held from the residence tomorrow at 11 a.m. and the interment will be in the Kellogg Cemetery. ~ The Newton (Iowa) Daily News, Wednesday, February 6, 1907, Page 1, Column 3
