Tim McCombs, 64, of Prairie City, passed away January 25, 2017.
A memorial service was held Saturday, January 28, 2017 at the Prairie City United Methodist Church.
Tim was born in Poughkeepsie, New York, and moved with his family to Colorado, where he graduated high school. He lived in numerous places throughout his life until finally making his home in Iowa.
He made friends wherever he went and kept in touch with them. He was a lifelong Broncos fan, enjoyed fishing, and being at the beach.
Tim is survived by his wife Kristina “Tina” Kavadas; 4 children, Nick McCombs, Skylar McCombs, Cade McCombs and Camden McCombs; sisters, Sue Brown and Irene McCombs, and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jim and Marily McCombs, and a brother Dan.
