Obituary

Kittie Ella Baker died at the home of her mother, in the east part of the city, at 7 o’clock a. m., Wednesday, October 23, 1895.

Had Kittie lived until November 13, she would have been fifteen years old. She had been sick since January 1st with consumption and had gradually wasted away.

The funeral services were held at the Disciples Church at 2 o’clock p. m. Thursday, Rev. Martin officiating. ~ The Newton Record Friday, Newton, IA, October 25, 1895
