Lide Adamson, a poor demented girl, died at the poor farm on Saturday night of last week, and was buried on Sunday. No one who has visited the farm in the past twenty-four years can fail to remember this unfortunate girl. She was thirty-eight years of age. ~ The Newton Record Thursday, January 12, 1899
