Louise Anderson Dies Saturday; Rites Tuesday
Monroe – Mrs. John A. (Louise) Anderson, 98, a longtime resident of Monroe, died Saturday evening at the Rest Haven in Newton.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Monroe First Baptist Church.
The Rev. Eldon Pals, pastor of the church, will conduct services. Burial will be in the Silent City Cemetery in Monroe.
Friends may call at the Toland-Wallace Funeral Home in Newton.
Survivors are a sister-in-law Mrs. Arie (Lucy) Ver Huel in Newton and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband in 1955; her parents and nine brothers and sisters.
Mrs. Anderson was a member of the First Baptist church in Monroe.
The daughter of John and Sarah Clark Ver Huel, she was born Sept. 26, 1977 at Pella.
She was married to John A. Anderson Feb. 22, 1905 at Monroe.
