Mrs. Conover Dead
One of Jasper County’s lovable and talented women passed away from earth last Sunday morning, February 22, 1903. It was Mrs. T. J. Conover, of near Sully. About Christmas time, she got a severe cold, but it was not thought to be serious until about a week before her death, when pneumonia set in. Besides her husband, Mrs. Conover leaves three children, Cassie, Ada and Walton. The funeral is to be held in the M. P. church in Sully, today, at one o’clock. Her death comes as a shock to her large circle of friends, who loved her for her beautiful, earnest, Christian character.
