Services Held for Mrs. Norma Reynolds
Funeral services for Mrs. Joel (Norma) Reynolds, 73, of Washington, D.C., and San Diego, Calif., a longtime resident of Baxter, were held today at the Bethany United Church of Christ, east of Baxter.
The Rev. Harold Behle, pastor of the church, conducted services. Burial was in the Bethany Cemetery.
Boyd-Nickell Funeral Home in Baxter handled arrangements.
Survivors are a son, Darel of San Diego, Calif., and Washington, D.C.; two grandchildren; and a sister, Mrs. Rosella Hunt of Baxter.
She was preceded in death by her husband in 1954 and parents.
Mrs. Reynolds was a member of the Bethany United Church of Christ in Baxter.
The daughter of Henry Simon and Mary Sophia Wherman Hagar, she was born Aug. 6, 1902 in Baxter and attended Baxter schools.’
She was married April 8, 1941 in Des Moines.
She died Wednesday, January 14, in Washington, D.C.

Pallbearers – Walter Schmidt, Sid Milligan, Harold Townsend, Pat Milligan, Glen Townsend, Pat Milligan, Glen VanZante and A. E. Milligan
