Mrs. David Jones, whose severe illness was noted in this paper last week, and who submitted to a surgical operation for the relief of strangulated hernia, passed away last Saturday, a complication of the typhoid pneumonia hastening a result that might have been otherwise indefinitely delayed. She leaves a husband and eight children. Rev. Popplewell conducted the funeral on Monday and the interment was at the McKeever graveyard.
