Mrs. George Efnor dies Last Evening
Is Dead Following an Extended Illness; Rites to be Held Wednesday Afternoon
Mrs. George Efnor, well known resident of this city, died last evening at 8 o’clock at her home after an extended illness.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday afternoon at 2 o’clock at the First Methodist Episcopal church of this city and burial will be in the Newton Union cemetery. The Rev. W. J. Fowler of Knoxville will deliver the funeral address.
Mrs. Efnor is survived by her husband, George Efnor, one daughter, Mrs. Roscoe Pahre of Newton and three sisters, Mrs. Earl M. Cary of Newton, Mrs. Frank Carpenter of Reasnor and Mrs. C. E. Landmesser of Killduff and three brothers, Ira Zwank of Reasnor, Pete Zwank of Reasnor and Herman Zwank of Reasnor.
