Ronald Maxwell Dies Tuesday; Rites Thursday
MONROE-COLFAX – Ronald Avory Maxwell, 32, of Monroe, and a former resident of Colfax, died Tuesday at his home.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the Ashton Chapel, north of Mingo. Burial will be in the Ashton Chapel Cemetery.
Walters-Coburn Funeral Home in Colfax is handling arrangements.
Survivors are a son, Lonnie Merrill Maxwell of Indianola; a daughter, Dorothy Rossette Maxwell of Indianola; his mother, Mrs. Rossette Patterson of Nevada; and six sisters, Mrs. Frances Smith of Colo, Mrs. Margaret Stratton of Collins, Carrey Ann Maxwell of Odessa, Tex., Mrs. Daisy Mary Swanson of Nevada, Mrs. Carol Lee Hedges of Rapid City, S.D., and Mrs. Patricia Lundquist of West Fargo, N.D.
The son of Francis Avory and Laura Rossette Neal Maxwell, he was born May 22, 1943 in Collins.
