Life Story of Bessie Wrightman, 74, of Lexington, Neb., a former resident of Monroe, were held Sunday at the United Methodist Church in Lexington. Burial was in the Greenwood Cemetery in Lexington.
Survivors are her husband; four sons, Wesley of Milan, Ill., John of Lexington, Neb., Paul of North Platt, Neb., and Rodney of Austin, Tex.; a sister, Mrs. Ina Umble of Newton, and 11 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and an infant daughter, Mary Ellen.
She was a member of the Lexington United Methodist Church and Rebekah Lodge.
The daughter of John and Ella Honnold Milton, she was born Sept. 22, 1899 on a farm near Monroe and attended Monroe area schools and a business college in Des Moines.
She was married June 30, 1934 in Knoxville.
