Services Held for Mrs. Glen Prindle
Mrs. Glen A. (Elizabeth May) Prindle, 78, of Rt. 1 Reasnor, a lifelong resident of Jasper County, died Saturday afternoon at the Skiff Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services were held Tuesday at the Toland Funeral Home in Newton.
The Rev. Raymond Moore of Killduff, assisted by the Rev. Austin Rugger of Newton conducted the services. Burial was in Hewitt Cemetery.
She is survived by her husband. She was preceded in death by her parents and three sisters.
Mrs. Prindle was a member of the Methodist Church.
The daughter of John and Mary Poots DeGoey, she was born April 2, 1887, near Galesburg. She attended a country school located on the farm of her parents near Galesburg.
She was married to Glen A. Prindle March 12, 1913 at her parents’ home.
