Services Held
Services were held February 17, 1987 for Clara B. Mason, 75, of Hood River, Oregon. She died Feb. 13 at the Hood River Care Center.
She was born March 16, 1911, at Washington, Iowa, to James and Nellie Bowie. She married Ollie Mason on Nov. 24, 1930 at Mercer, Mo. They moved to Hood River in 1935.
Survivors include a son, Charles, Jr. of Hood River; daughters Shirley Cole, Charlotte Reed and Nancy Shields, all of Hood River; eight grandchildren, and one great-granddaughter.
She was preceded by parents and also three brothers – Harold, Nolan and Loren.
Services were held at Anderson Funeral Home with pastor Jack Naff officiating. Committal was at Mt. View Cemetery.
