FUNERAL SERVICES
FOR B.T. BOUMA

Lynnville, Ia., Jan. 11, Special:

Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon for B.T. Bouma at the residence. Mr. Bouma died at the St. Francis hospital in Grinnell Monday evening after a lingering illness of about 18 months. Rev. L.W. Reynolds was in charge of the services. Mrs. Will Allee and Mrs. Harvey Gause sang appropriate selections. Pallbearers were Lewis Scull, A.L. Renaud, Ed Renaud, Sam Beason, Will Perry, Elmer Renaud.

Mr. Bouma was born near Pella, Ia., Jan. 20, 1867. He spent most of life in and around Lynnville. He was married on May 30, 1898 to Miss Nettie Gerrick (Derrick). To this union were born two sons, Robert Thomas of Fargo, N.D., and Frank J. of Lynnville. He is survived by his wife, two sons, four grandchildren, one sister, Mrs. Martha Brayton and two brothers, Thomas and Louis Bouma.
