MRS. HULDA BARNES-- Mrs. Hulda Barnes died last evening, Jan 28, 1925, from the paralytic stroke received yesterday morning. Mrs. Hulda McCune Barnes was born in Jasper county in 1861. She was united in marriage to Howard Barnes, of Monroe. Besides the husband she leaves to mourn her loss a brother and sister, Mrs. J. Romans, of Monroe and W. E. McCune. The funeral will be held Friday afternoon at 2:00 from the residence. The casket will not be open after the services. Interment will be made in the Monroe cemetery.
