Des MoinesKenyon Peck, 57, passed away Wednesday, December 5, 2012 at the Mercy Medical Center.
Kenyon was born December 4, 1955 in Colfax and remained “small town” even after moving to Des Moines. He was very mechanically minded and well versed in the HVAC field. Kenyon was a boiler operator at the VA Hospital in Des Moines for many years. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends, traveling to Missouri and Charlotte, North Carolina and was an avid NASCAR fan.
Kenyon is survived by his daughter, Lisa; mother, Juanita; sister, Kim; two grandsons; and many other loving extended relatives and friends.
A memorial visitation will be held from 12 to 2:30 p.m. Saturday, December 15, 2012 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon St.
