Miss Gertie Salbratte of Goddard died at her home Saturday night, with measles. The funeral was at Newton, Tuesday, Apr 12th, Mrs. Vilda Ballagh in charge of the singing. ~ Newspaper unknown, possibly The Des Moines Register or The Newton (IA) Daily News Thurs 14 Apr 1932.
