A memorial service was held Oct. 3, 2013 at Community United Methodist Church in Columbia Heights, Minn. for Evelyn B. Coppicus, 87, of Columbia Heights, Minn. A private interment will be held at Colfax Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Hospice & Palliative Care Program, Minneapolis VAMC, 1 Veterans Dr., Minneapolis, MN 55417 or to the church.

Evelyn was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry on July 7, 2013. Survivors include her son Clint (Karen); three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Joan Hallmark.
