Vasquez Rites Set for Friday

Funeral services for Felix Vasquez, 61, who passed away at his home in Newton Sunday evening, will be held Friday morning at 10 o'clock at Sacred heart Catholic Church.

Father T. J. McCann will conduct the services and burial will be in the Catholic cemetery. Rosary will be said at the home at 7:45 o'clock Thursday evening.

Mr. Vasquez was born in Mexico June 17, 1888 and has lived in Newton for the past 30 years. He is a retired railroad employee. ~ The Newton (IA) Daily News Tues 21 June 1949
