Jeffrey T. Twesme, 47, of Indianapolis passed away Nov. 2, 2013. He was born May 7, 1966, in Spencer, Iowa, the son of Paul and Carmen Twesme. He was a graduate of North High School in Eau Claire, Wis., and Iowa State University, where he graduated with honors.

Jeff was a certified public accountant and most recently a credit manager with Steel Dynamics. He loved spending time with his family, hunting and enjoyed watching the Green Bay Packers, Indianapolis Colts, and other sports. Jeff was preceded in death by his mother, Carmen Twesme; his brother, Eric Twesme; his paternal grandparents, Newland and Anne Twesme; his maternal grandparents, Edgar and Gerda Sersland; and his uncle, Dr. Thomas Sersland.

Jeff is survived by his loving wife of 16 years, Nancy (Taylor) Twesme; his daughter, Ashley Twesme; his father, Paul Twesme (Joye); step-brother, Jarrod Nelson (Kathy); his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Jim and Pat Taylor; his brother-in-law, Jim Taylor; his aunt, Sara Sersland; and four nephews, Marshall, Joe, Peyton and Gavin.

A celebration of Jeff’s life will be at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 5, at Flanner and Buchanan-Lawrence, 5215 N. Shadeland Ave., with visitation from 5 p.m. until service time. Cremation will be accorded. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the American Heart Association (www.heart.org) or a favorite charity of the donor’s choice.
