Frank Plambeck Dies on Friday; Services Monday
Frank Plambeck, 64, of 507 Marion in Marshalltown, died Friday afternoon at the Evangelical Hospital in Marshalltown.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Toland Funeral Home.
Burial will be in Newton Union Cemetery.
Survivors are his wife, Inez; a stepson, Ronald Jorgenson of Pamona, Calif.; four brothers, Ed Plambeck of Clinton, Fred Plambeck of Maquoketa, Harry Plambeck of DeWitt and William Plambeck of Toronto; and his mother, Mrs. Joseph Plambeck of Toronto.
He was preceded in death by his father and a brother.
Mr. Plambeck farmed in the Conrad community for 20 years, moving to Marshalltown 5 years ago.
The son of Joseph and Mary Gronewald Plambeck, he was born April 27, 1901 at Baldwin and was educated in Jones County schools.
He was married to Mrs. Inez Van Cleave Jorgenson Oct. 14, 1953 in Illinois.

Frank Plambeck Rites Are Conducted Today
Funeral services for Frank Plambeck, 64, of Marshalltown, were held this afternoon at the Toland Funeral Home.
The Rev. Roger D. Linser, pastor of the Calvary Brethern Church of North English, conducted the services.
Marion Welle, the soloist, was accompanied on the organ by Mrs. Paul Murdy.
Pallbearers were Lowell McGriff, Walto McGriff, Royce Van Cleave, Ted Woosley, Melvin Van Cleave and Earl Sweinebart.
