James R. Hildebrand, age 65, of Norwalk, IA., passed away Saturday, August 31, 2013. He was born on October 26, 1947 to Vern and Viola in Newton, Iowa.
Jim enjoyed hunting, fishing and playing cards with family and friends.
Jim is survived by his daughters, Kimberly Pichon (Robby) of Runnells, Michele Hildebrand of Indianola, Amy Brown (Denny) of Des Moines; five grandchildren, Lacey, Shane, Samantha, Jesse, Kaylie; great grandson, Derek; brothers, Vern, Jr., William and Kenneth; sister, Barbara; and a host of other beloved family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers and one sister.
A Service of Remembrance will be held at 12 p.m. noon on Friday, September 6, 2013 at Hamilton's Southtown Funeral Home, 5400 SW 9th Street. Family will greet friends starting at 10 a.m. Friday.
