Wilford Bond Dies Sunday; Services Today
COLFAX – Funeral services for Wilford Bond, 77, a longtime resident of Colfax, were held today at the United Methodist Church in Colfax.
The Rev. James Pemble, pastor of the church, conducted services. Burial was in the Hillside Cemetery at State Center.
Masonic services were held today at the church.
Walters-Coburn Funeral Home in Colfax handled arrangements.
He died Sunday at the Clear View Manor in Prairie City.
Survivors are three sons, Ralph of Columbia, Mo., Carl of Las Vegas, Nev., and Howard of Colfax; a daughter, Mrs. Ed (Mamie) Hummel of Colfax; four grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
