Alisha "Lou" Landgrebe, 22, of Grinnell, died on Monday at her home.

A funeral service will be held 10:30 a.m., Saturday, May 4, 2013, at the Grinnell Christian Church. A private family inurnment will be held at a later date in the Rock Creek Cemetery near Grinnell.

Friends may call at the Smith Funeral Home in Grinnell beginning 12 noon on Friday and the family will be present from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday.

Memorials may be directed to JDRF or to the Big Brother-Big Sister Organization and sent in care of the Smith Funeral Home, P.O. Box 368, Grinnell, Iowa 50112.

She is survived by her mother, Diana (Doug) Chodur of Grinnell; her father, Jim (Angie) Landgrebe of Monroe; one brother, Donovan J. Landgrebe of Grinnell; two half-brothers, Kyle and Grant Landgrebe, both of Monroe; and her parental grandparents, Donald and Pat Landgrebe of Newton.

Alisha was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Marvin and Bev Shine.
