Harry Latlon was killed at an early hour this morning by the Rocky Mountain Limited train that goes through here for the west at 1:31 a.m. The accident occurred somewhere west of this city. Harry was a bright young man, brother of Miss Fannie Layton of Colfax, whose father is assistant cashier in the Citizens’ Bank in Colfax, having recently moved there from Stuart.
