Joyce C. (Nikkel) Bandstra, 81, passed away Wednesday at her residence in Pella. Joyce, wife of the late Gilbert "Gib" Bandstra, is survived by six children and their spouses: Karla and Scott Baxter of Newton, IA, Ronald (Kathy) Bandstra, Jerry and Debra Bandstra of Pella, James and Kyla Bandstra of Monroe, IA, Robert and Kim Bandstra of Pella, Lisa and David Wagner of Prairie City, IA; along with 19 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren; two sisters: Kathleen (Charles) Fopma, Jean and Verlan Engle and a brother, William and Lillian Nikkel of Pella. Funeral services, Tuesday, March 5 at 10:30 a.m., Calvary Christian Reformed Church, Pella, Iowa. Visitation will begin after 9 a.m. on Monday at the church where the family will be present Monday from 4 to 7 p.m.
