Annabelle Rose Rooker was born on Oct. 11, 2012, to Shawn Rooker and Tammara Peek of Denver, Iowa, formerly of Newton. Annabelle went home to be with Jesus on Oct. 16, 2012, due to rare heart complications.

She was a blessing to her grandparents, Rhonda Hannagan of New London, Allen (Chris) Peek of Winfield and Ann Wilson of Des Moines; sister, Layna Rooker of Waterloo; aunts and uncles, Nathan (Shannon) Mincks of New London, Chantel Peek of Tiffin, Nicholas Peek of Winfield and Tanya Wilson of Newton.

We ask you to come join us in celebrating Annabelle as we lay her to rest; the family will greet friends from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 22, at the Wallace Family Funeral Home in Newton.

Her funeral service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 23, at the funeral home, officiated by the Rev. Jessica Petersen-Orwenyo, pastor of the Congregational United Church of Christ in Newton.
