Frances Belzer

Frances (Rowland) Belzer, 94, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 25, at Skiff Hospice.

Frances was preceded in death by her parents, husband Charles in 2002, son Dennis in 1995, three brothers and one sister.

She is survived by daughter Karen (Bryan) Moomaw of Newton, five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be sent to Skiff Hospice in Newton. A graveside service will be held at a later date. ~ The Newton (IA) Daily News, September 26, 2012.
